Children Helping Children

Ms. Brenda Morgan’s 5th Graders at Rawlins Elementary School assembled 48 Diaper Cakes on Friday.

Principal Darrin Jennings, left side,  assisted with assembly and clean up.

These ‘cakes’ were made with diapers for newborns, a baby bottle and a stuffed plush animal.

The cakes will be donated to the Sage Creek Realty Baby Drive for Public Health, and Memorial Hospital.

Plans are in the works for delivery of the items.  The children will help deliver the gifts.
